I appreciate all what you wrote. However, I would be interested in knowing why it felt like “a gift”? That is, what aspects of it resonated with you or what bits did you find helpful? Of course, you don’t have to reply to my questions if you don’t feel comfortable.

My articles are originally aimed at educating psychiatrists and other mental health professions (I write them because they invite me to write them). I then put them on medium.com for free access to the general public. So feedback from readers always helps me help others, especially whenever writing new articles.
